The DouglassWeek Poetry Competition is open until January 7, 2021.
Poets are invited to submit entries under the theme of “Frederick Douglass – Past and Present”. Entries should respond to and reflect upon the contemporary relevance of Frederick Douglass.
The winning submission will be showcased during the events of #Douglassweek, where actor Roger Guenveur Smith will perform a reading of the winning poem. The winner will also receive a €100 gift voucher for Vibes and Scribes bookstore.
